Transhumanism As A Deadly Sin

Transhumanism As A Deadly Sin

Meister Eckhart, (an early Christian Mystic) in "The Attractive Power of God," (one of seven sermons) constitutes a deadly sin as a breach of nature. Nature, being that which is natural, and Created by God. This is because man has been made in the image of God, with the intention of evolving and developing according to that image. This is the internal pattern that humanity has followed thus far.

Eckhart states that such sin is to lose the soul, for death of the natural means "death of true life," which can only be given and maintained by and through the “Mystical Christ”. Thus, the denial of the human form acts as both the denial of God, *and* as the rejection of Life. When we reject Life, we reject everything that comes with it, including our own power. We, essentially, choose for ourselves a path with only one real destination...destruction. Eckhart also says, "this is fellowship with the devil, for everything has fellowship with its like."

In light of the current mission to abandon the organic in search of a "newer, better model," (through the use, and worship of, technological advancement) it becomes clear that we are living in an age hypnotized by their own idolatry, drunk on the perceived "power" to carve out a new path...a path outside of our God given one. According to the Bible, "hell" is defined as "separation from God." Is this Ahrimanic deception the "hell" the Bible warns us about?

In front of us, we are left with only two paths...the path that leads *to* God, and the path that leads to separation from God. Transhumanism is not a matter of only the material (despite the worship of it) to be discerned and weighed from a strictly material standpoint....

Transhumanism is a matter regarding the Soul, and matters of the Soul must be dissected from a Higher perspective, understood through the lens of Spiritual Science, and integrated into our lives as Inner Wisdom is awakened in response to Truth. After all, it is among the highest price to pay, (the Soul) for loss or for gain!
